VISIT MALAYSIA 2007 LAUNCHING CEREMONY : EXTREME SPORTS DEMO

6 - 7th January 2007,
Taman Tasek Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur

I'm very suprised that HUYO managed to get this huge event. Congrats to HUYO team. The location was good and the weather on the first day was kinda cloudy and rainy a little bit. The park obstacles was damn good too. It's new and it was built by Idham Icon X and designed and owned by Joe Ipoh of HUYO Skateboards. There are 2 quarter pipe (one is 4' and other is 5'), A wide fun box with 2 grind ledge on both side; a round rail and a beach chair box (rupa macam kerusi malas). These huge beach chair box was the main target for the best trick competition. Unfortunately, the 2nd day of the events. Kids has been waiting and waiting and they got tired (even though Joe change the obstacle for best trick in the fun box). So the contest was cancelled but the demo was good and so was the weather on Sunday. It was cloudy and wish it's stay this way the whole month.
